Inventory Management
You can rely on SIS Austin, to perform with the highest of standards, working efficiently and with craftsman like workmanship. We have trained dedicated crews and experienced office staff and project managers. Our 20,000 square foot warehouse is fully racked and completely organized. SIS Austin has a fleet of truck and equipment to do the job right.
One of our many strengths is the software we use called ProjectWorks, a custom software package that allows us to manage work orders, give quotes, track labor and scheduling. This software allows us to operate in the most efficient manner for our clients without relinquishing any part of our strict control procedures.
Installation & Reconfigurations
Whether one station, or hundreds, SIS Austin can install you furniture. We can assist you in the planning of your installation and then manage the project for a smooth transition and placement of your product.
SIS Austin is also experts at re-arranging existing furniture. Our managers will help coordinate the project to interface with the movers to matching schedules with electricians, cable contractors and IT personal. Our goal is always to minimize employee distraction and down time of your operations and productivity.
Service Work
Many installation businesses view service work (warranty, repair and touch-up, etc.) as something to dodge or to avoid. Not at SIS Austin, our trained and professional staff is eager to respond to service request; they know very well that a happy customer is worth their weight in gold when it comes to word of mouth advertising. Our service staff, in many cases has the ability to provide full refurbishing services on-site or in our warehouse facility.
Warehousing
Another area of expertise for SIS Austin is our warehousing and inventory management services. With our 20,000 square feet of fully racked warehouse, new and used product is professionally received, inspected, and stored until required.
Our staff understands the difference between a flat bracket and a cantilever. They have the product knowledge necessary to identify and manage the thousands of parts produced by today's furniture manufacturers. Most importantly our staff knows how to handle furniture so it isn't damaged coming in or going out.
Deliveries
We operate our own fleet of trucks daily throughout the Austin and surrounding area delivering product to offices and other facilities. Our drivers all have Nextel to ensure instant communications if anything should delay our visit to your offices. All product is handled in a professional manner and care. Whether coming or going loading is performed so no damage occurs, delivered and setup to your satisfaction.
